Steve Gott
Chief Executive Officer
Steve Gott is a veteran of Wall Street, where he spent over 20 years working in various technology and operations management roles at Citigroup, CS First Boston and Lehman Brothers. At the time of his departure from Lehman in 1994, Steve was the Chief Technology and Operations Officer.

Subsequent to his Wall Street career, Steve’s focus shifted to building venture-backed technology companies. He was a founder of Learn2 Corp. and as CEO, guided the company to become a public entity and subsequent sale to a larger company. More recently, Steve was the Chairman and CEO of Appintelligence, which he grew from $4 million in revenue to $20 million in three years. Appintelligence, the leading mortgage fraud detection company, was sold to ISO, Inc. in April 2005.
 
Anthony M. Lagona
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Anthony Lagona manages the finance, administrative and client services functions for GlobalView. His career reflects a strong background in energy, technology and finance. Prior to joining GlobalView in 2002, he held the position of Vice President, Finance at Telenisus Corporation, a provider of Internet security services that was acquired by VeriSign. Prior to joining Telenisus, he spent ten years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, including seven years in the World Energy practice.
 
Eric J. Fishhaut
Senior Vice President, Technology Strategy
Eric Fishhaut has been with GlobalView and its predecessor company, MarketView Software, since 1992. He is experienced in computer program design and development at all levels. Before joining GlobalView, he led a development team of over 75 people in the development of the IBM Architecture and Engineering Series (AES) CAD system for the design of buildings. He also held the position of Associate Partner at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill as the head of Computer Systems Development for Architecture. Eric studied for his masters at the University of Minnesota Graduate School for Architecture and graduated from Colorado College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computers.
 
Bruce Weis
Vice President, Data Acquisition and IT Development
With over 10 years experience in the market data business, Bruce Weis brings tremendous depth and experience to the GlobalView team on many levels. His strong industry experience makes him a solid anchor of the management team, and his market data knowledge makes him an invaluable resource in maintaining and enhancing GlobalView’s services. Serving as Vice President, Data Acquisition and IT Development, Bruce focuses on improving the process of adding data to GlobalView’s software and services.

Bruce has worked in the market data business in a variety of roles, including support, sales, marketing, product development and data development. He holds over eight years experience in the energy industry. Prior to GlobalView, Bruce worked at FAME, where he managed FAME Energy’s software product suite and data initiatives. He managed a staff of 10 that was responsible for the support and implementation of FAME Energy’s products into its North American client base. Bruce also accrued energy market data experience at FutureSource and served as a consultant to major energy brokers. While consulting, he created data products for reporting on forward power and gas transactions. Bruce holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.

 
Don Muzzy
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Don Muzzy’s career has made him experienced in team leadership and well-versed in energy industry technology solutions. He brings both of these valuable skills to his role as VP, Sales and Marketing.

In this position, Don is responsible for leading the performance and development of the global sales and marketing teams. Before accepting the vice president position, he served as Sr. Regional Manager for GlobalView’s Americas South region. It was in this capacity that he signed some of the company’s largest customers and cultivated the customer relationships into strong partnerships. Prior to GlobalView, Don served as Senior Sales Manager at FutureSource, where he accumulated a long list of standout accolades. He was named Global Salesman of the Year two years in a row and was selected top salesman for his region for 12 consecutive quarters.

Don’s management and leadership skills have been honed throughout his career. After graduation from Stephen F. Austin State University, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant of Armor in the United States Army. While serving as Squadron Adjutant – a position normally held by a Captain – he was responsible for personnel administration, strength management and welfare of an 864-person Squadron and was recognized as the best Squadron Adjutant in his Regiment. As a First Lieutenant and Executive Officer deployed to Haiti, he was responsible for a 113-person Cavalry Troop and the maintenance and readiness of 39 vehicles and $6 million in equipment. Out of 40 Lieutenants in Second Squadron Second Armored Calvary Regiment, Don was rated one of the top two.

 
Andy Nguyen
Director, Technology Infrastructure
As Director, Technology Infrastructure, Andy Nguyen is responsible for directing and maintaining GlobalView’s internal technology infrastructure. He manages the main network environment, as well as the remote servers, and also oversees all hardware and software needs. Andy draws from nearly 10 years network experience to ensure the company operates at the high standards it set for itself. His professional career began at Principal Financial Group where he served as Network Administrator and has continued to grow through a variety of comprehensive network infrastructure positions.

Andy earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Computer Science from Western Illinois University. He is a Certified Novell Administrator and a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
