Launch Options
The standard links to both the Applet and Java Web Start versions of MarketView include
specific instructions to connect to the MarketView Server using TCP/IP over port 6487. Using this port will only work if your firewall allows traffic on this port.
If you are having
trouble connecting using the standard links, this may be due to firewall issues. As an alternative, the following link launches MarketView with
instructions to connect to the server using HTTP over port 80.
